It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you lose your right to cancel once digital content has been supplied and access has begun, provided you have given consent.

By purchasing digital products or courses, you acknowledge and agree that:

Access begins immediately after purchase
You waive your 14-day cooling-off period

Refunds are therefore not offered unless required by law.

Services

Cancellation terms for services (such as coaching or workshops) will be clearly stated at the point of purchase or in a separate agreement.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
